ABOUT US

Joe comes from a family in the real estate industry in Nova Scotia. He began his career in the business when he obtained his real estate license in 2005 and started in sales. Over the last 17 years he has expanded to land development, single-family & multi-residential development and property management. Joe still actively sells real estate and focuses on new construction sales throughout the Halifax and surrounding areas. Joe’s main focus is on Kingsbrook Properties and their upcoming multi-residential development projects in Halifax.
